I will not solicit any kind of paid service.
I will not create or submit unwanted email (spam) to any Mondaiji Dot Com members.
I will not use racist, hateful, or otherwise offensive comments.
I will not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Mondaiji Dot Com users either online or offline.
I will not transmit information promoting activities that would be illegal under the laws of Japan or in my jurisdiction.
I am solely responsible for all content published or displayed through my account, including any email messages, and for my interactions with other members.

Submission of content on Mondaiji Dot Com
I agree to grant Mondaiji Dot Com a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, perform, promote, archive, translate, and to create derivative works and compilations, in whole or in part. Such license will apply with respect to any form, media, technology already known or developed subsequently;
I warrant and represent that I have all legal and other rights that may be necessary to grant us the license specified above;
I acknowledge and agree that Mondaiji Dot Com shall have the right (but not obligation), at Mondaiji Dot Com's entire discretion, to refuse to publish, or to remove, or to block access to any content I provide, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.

Privacy
I understand that Use of the Website and/or the Service is also governed by Mondaiji Dot Com's Privacy Policy.

Indemnity
I indemnify and hold Mondaiji Dot Com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third meeting due to or arising out of my use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of my representations and warranties set forth above.

Mondaiji Dot Com is not responsible for any kind of technical malfunction or failure. Under no circumstances shall Mondaiji Dot Com be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death resulting from the use of the website or contact with the user, be it online or offline. Mondaiji Dot Com is provided "AS-IS."

Limitation on Liability

Membership in Mondaiji Dot Com is void where prohibited.
